[NTLUG:Discuss] wu-ftp problems

I can't figure this out at all.

I can log into my ftp server, but once I try to do anything (just a
simple "ls" command, or most importantly, when I try to downloading
something) it kicks me out, and says, "Passive mode not
allowed. Connection refused." and disconnects me.

I've tried just a normal ftp command line, WS-FTP, and LeetchFTP and they
all do the same thing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.
