To find help on the web, take the main part of the error message, in this 
case "Resource temporarily unavailable: couldn't spawn child process:", and 
put it into Yahoo! or Google or what ever, and hit enter or search or... 
and it will almost always come up with an answer or hundreds of 
answers.  There is a lot of discussion about this.

The basic idea is that the user that the web server runs as is only allowed 
to have X number of processes running at any one time.  When that number is 
met, you receive this message.

I would include specific links, but my browser crashed (&^%*&$% 
Netscape).  one of the first 10 links discussed this issue on Linux and how 
to fix it.
