If SWB can give you a DSL line, then so can Telocity, (well,
probably). Telocity mostly uses SWB as the local carrier and they have a
"pact" with SWB. There are no installation charges, no contracts, no price
for the modem (you have to return it when you discontinue the
service). Till Feb, 28 the monthly charge was $40 but now it's $50. Also
first month was free till Feb 28th, don't know if the offer has been
extended. 1.5Mbps download, 128Kbps upload.
