Ignoring the RH aspect of it (as I don't run it), you should check out the
"scheme" mechanism of pcmcia (it is documented in /usr/doc). At least for my
system, there is a file called /etc/pcmcia/network.opts; and in it are
different configurations. Just copy the "default", and rename the copy, then
set the value appropiately. I have a scheme called "home" and a scheme called
"work", each has different gateways, ip's, dhcp or not, etc. You can
configure lilo to boot a particular one (man lilo, search for "append"), or
just boot, then as root do "cardctl scheme NAME" for it to switch to that
named configuration.
