Hi, Dennis,

Try www.mail-abuse.org and www.orbs.org.  There is also a 'spamcops'
organization, but I don't recall the URL.  We use the mail-abuse.org
blacklists - works fine, but blacklists won't stop much spam - it takes
content filtering.
