James,

I would assume by your method of request that you've spent time on a
news group but not a mailing list.  The way things work on this list
(and most other lists I know of) is to ask a question of the list and a
discussion will occur on the list trying to answer your question.  Most
of the time you don't get people to contact you off list unless you
request the help to come off list.

As far as your question you'll need to be a little bit more specific. 
So far your question is about as easy to answer as "I live in Texas, can
you tell me how to get to the store?".
