  that was already tried (from the Symantec site, I didn't know it existed
on the MS website).  I have not yet made A20 slow, but I'll try that next.

  (for others catching up on the thread, Mandrake 8.0 won't reboot into
win98 without powering down, due to the error as reported on the knowledge
base site.)
