[NTLUG:Discuss] ttyS1 woes

Strange enough - on one machine that I have NOT attempted to install the
battery backup software it has the same UPS looking stuff in the inittab as
well - Surely someone in the group has sucessfully implemented a UPS auto
shutdown before
