	You need powerd, apsd, upsd, or one of several dozen other
utilities to implement this (oddly enough, I don't think any of these come
factory stock with RedHat, while the inittab config's do.. go figure).  
Point your browser at www.freshmeat.net, and search for something
appropriate.

	Oh, and Belkin UPS's backwards protocol doesn't work with anything
I've seen for Linux, in case you're wondering. :)
