[NTLUG:Discuss] glibc problems

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my glibc and every time I try to, GnoRPM produces an
error saying something about wrong arcitechture. But it is for the correct
arcitecture. I'm running a Dual Pentium Pro system with the SMP kernel
provided with Redhat 6.0. I've downloaded the i386 RPM (since it's the
closest to the i386 provided) for glibc twice, thinking it had gotten
corrupted somehow in transferre. But still the same error message is
produced. Anyone have an explanation for this, and possibly a fix??
