LinkSys is in the lead then :)

That said, for most things the simple NAT router devices are great, but be
aware that they are not flexible for special situations.  For example, if
you wanted to play some internet games... can't be done easily.  This is
especially true if you want to host a game.  H.323 applications are
impossible without protocol modules.  (H.323 refers to a protocol
implementation for rich chat communications like netmeeting and the like.)

Just be aware of the limitations and know that they can be overcome with a
Linux solution.
