	Start at www.qmail.org, and finish with www.inter7.com.  You want
the following packages:

	qmail, ezmlm-idx, autorespond, vpopmail, qmailadmin, and
(probably) sqwebmail.

	Such a setup will handle your requirements perfectly.  It
understands "john at domain1.com and john at domain2.com", and has a handy
little web based interface that will allow virtualdomain-owners to
add/delete users/lists/autoresponders/etc. in their own domains.  It'll
even have a Hotmail-style webmail interface.
