Evidently not.  Here's what I'd do:  move the sound card around in different
available slots.  If none of them work, remove all periphs (except video of 
course) and find which slot the Ensoniq works in with just those two cards in
there.  Then add the rest of the cards one at a time testing everything between
additions.

That method is the most trouble, but the most successful.
