I picked up one of those at Fry's last month and when I was planning
on putting it in one of my linux boxes I went to D-Link's web site and
downloaded their driver set. The file was an exe but it turned out to
be a self extracting zip. In the linux directory it includes rtl8139.c.

I ended up needing a 10/100 card in another windows box, so I never
got the chance to see if linux likes it or not. *shrug*
