Considering that fnbhs.com is valid at 209.144.20.76, is it possible
your not able to get to a DNS that can answer the address request?  What
do you get from a "nslookup fnbhs.com"?  In your ntp.conf try a single
server line instead of multiples and see if that helps.  Also, if your
using a fudge line you might try dropping that.  I had trouble using
that feature on my clients.

Beyond this point I'm out of ideas, sorry.
