I'd recommend mailman.  Virtually maintenance free and nice web based
interface for users (and admin) makes it simple to use.  The docs are
not bad to follow and get you setup in reasonably short order.  One note
with mailman is that if your running a Mandrake secure kernel (I assume
all secure kernels) you'll run into problems with hard link issues.
