I am using Caldera Open Linux 2.4. I think I found my answer. I just need to
find out what number my hda is that has the kernel.

I am using the install boot disk that came with the cds. I did this before
and so I know I can do it. I went back and looked thru the archives at
ntlug.org and found what I had done before.

Thanks for all the help!
