ARCC bought directlink.net a while back.

See the July 24th news @ http://www.alliedriser.com/news/

They have a funny definition of:
... "transitioning its current retail customer base to other
service providers" ... More like "we're going down the tubes
and don't care what happens to our 'current retail customers'"....

Do a stock symbol lookup on ARRC. ;)
