As luck would have it, lease expires at the end of this month. I've looked
*seriously* at the Lofts in Downtown for a lot of reasons, closer to work,
large sqft-age, but it looks like the clincher is the high speed
unrestricted Internet access.
It seems I'm screwed if I want SWB DSL, and I don't think I could put up
with @Home.
