Yes.

You could probably email them something with a windoze executable attachment
that says "Your machine is infected with Code Red - do you want me to disinfect
it and fix it so you can't ever be infected again?".  Since we are talking about
people who'll execute any old random attachment that comes along, odds are they'd
click "YES".

That's a good idea too.  The problem is that these Windoze problems have a 
way of spilling over to our world by consuming bandwidth and such.
