Allen:
I am sorry about the confusion. What I am trying to say
is that you can host your site on one of our servers instead
of trying to host it yourself. I think we can offer
a cheap alternative that will perform better that you can do
yourself.
For $299/year, you get:
1. Up to 500 MB of server space
2. CGI access
3. Perl interpreter
4. 10 GB per month of data transfers.
6. Registration or transfer of your domain name.
7. SSH and SFTP access to put up your web pages
(We can point you to free tools to download for this)
This can be used for comercial or non-commercial enterprises.
We can help you with the design and creation of your site.
We specialize in creating very functional business sites
that offload manual business processes and improve your
customer interface.
Our server-based hosting is second-to-none. All of our servers
are hosted in data centers where we take into account that your
web site must be up all day, every day.
For example, each machine has RAID storage for disks (This means
that the server does not go down if a disk fails and that
disk will be replaced. The server will not go down during this
entire procedure). There are multiple backbone connections into
the data center and the system is continuously monitored for
failure. There is plenty of power backup in case of power
failure and a generator if needed.
You can also add-on:
1. Shared SSL certificates
(https://www.JAMMConsulting.com/yourDomain)
2. Your own SSL certificate
(https://www.YourDomain.com)
3. Databases, for example MySQL
4. JSP, servlets
5. Real-time credit card processing
If you are looking for something specific, let me know
and I am sure we can provide it.
If you would like to discuss this further, please give
me a call at (972) 612-6056 anytime.
Thanks,
Neil.
