[NTLUG:Discuss] directlink - latest news (8:45AM Monday)

I've found an apartment complex that offers Directlink-ish service, with
the exception of static IP addresses.  They offer 1Mb up/down Cable
service with DHCP for $60/mo.  The company is Broandband Now!.
Anyone have good/bad experiences with them?
