Ah but the analogy doesn't state that the driver didn't KNOW there were
wheels on the vehicle. That's what is happening here to a majority of these
users! They don't even KNOW they have IIS enabled. Historically, MS's
weaknesses have come from having so many features enabled by default, not
from having so many features.
