The idea is that if you don't have released source code, the holes are slightly
harder to find.. The steep price tag puts the total number of licenses down into
the number that any cracks can likely be traced to who knew enough to do it.

They are shooting this at markets where you have to go in front of a
congressional panel just to login.  These boxes aren't going to end up hosting
hotmail.. they'll end up in Los Alamos with missing hard drives.
