I like secureCRT from www.vandyke.com. I've been using it for several years.
Well worth the money. Comes with a command line scp ( they call it vcp for
some reason ) and does all of the port forwarding stuff that ssh lets you
do. I use a single hole in my firewall at work to do my mail, web, etc
surfing
to my box at home. Love that product.
