[NTLUG:Discuss] Very basic DSL questions

I'd suggest using a windows box to do the original testing and setup.
Then worry about using linux or maybe get one of those linksys DSL/Cable
routers/firewalls.

If you try the linux or vmware/windows or something else first and can't
get it to work... you won't know if it's the DSL line or the OS.
