Patrick,

The mechanism we were using to enable all of the form based submittal 
mechanisms got "hijacked" several months ago by some one who used it as a 
mail relay. And as all mail relayers do, they were sending out spam about 
some kind of smut site. When I noticed that it was happening, I did an 
"emergency shut down" of the form submittal service. The intent was to go 
back and replace it with some other service. All good intentions aside, this 
particular volunteer (meaning me) did not follow through. We have slowly been 
replacing forms with instructions to email something to some where.

The specific thing you need to do to have the equivalent function to 
submitting the non-existent membership form is subscribe to 
announce at ntlug.org. See=>

Being subscribed to announce at ntlug.org would have been the result of 
submitting the form.
