OK, Mickeysoft is working on their own (proprietary) version of SMTP. 
You may have turned that on by default.  Those of us in the rest of the
universe will not be able to talk with Mickeysoft or its minions.  It
looks like you are the first victim.

If you can actually read this, please reply.  If not, blame Mickeysoft.
