What exactly do the unreadable / non-visible messages look like when you
view them? Do they all look the same, or are there any differences? Are
they just blank? Do you see any text, or anything at all besides a blank
window with your normal window background color? If so, what do you see?

When you view the message source, do you see the message body in addition
to the header, or do you only see the header?

Can you save the entire source to one of the bad messages (header and body)
as a text file, zip it, and send it back as an attachment?
