When I was with SWBell, the router was on their end, and I used the same DSL 
modem.

Note, however, that I went for the 5 IPs with 384/128k for $80/mo, and it 
took me five months to have them get the billing right.  I finally woud up 
calling the chairman's office, and it still took them two weeks after that.
