I'm running RH7.1, so I'm not sure this will help. My timezone information
seems to be in /etc/localtime. A man on "tzfile" may give you more info.
Something
that just occurred to me is: Does the "bad" machine think it's clock in on GMT,
rather than local time? If the timezone which is GMT-6 doesn't go on "Daylight
Savings Time", this would give you the 11 hour, rather than a 12 hour difference.
