You can access your webserver online, but you can't depend on it. Every
time you dial in, you will receive a different IP address. Also, the only
time someone online can see the website is when your dial in connection
is established. Now things change if you get a DSL or Cable connection.
You are then online all the time, but you still need a static IP address.
And,
you are usually limited to 128K upload.
Anyway, RH7.1 is perfect as a webserver, it is your connection you must
examine.
