[NTLUG:Discuss] FTP Server

I have been working on setting up a FTP server at home so I can access files
while on the road.  I have had some intermittent problems that may be due to
network access problems.  I currently have @home cable internet service.  Is
anyone aware if @Home blocks port 22 or restricts it in any way.

My download speeds are very poor and I frequently lose connections.
