They don't have an option like "Change my IP" - that's what I was looking
for. They have a "Change DNS" dialog - but that asks me for the names
of two (Primary and secondary) DNS servers - but never asks what IP address
they should service.

No - I didn't want it to do that - I just want my domain name to point to
my computer (or at least the firewall sitting next to my computer I suppose).
