The whole business of having the OS decide not to run on your machine
anymore because you upgraded something is pretty scarey too. I'm told that
you'll have to phone up Microsoft and go through the humiliating process of
explaining what you upgraded and why so that they'll *consider* turning your
XP license back on again!
I think that's going to make enemies of their users pretty quickly.
