[NTLUG:Discuss] Lilo won't remap new kernel (2.4.13)

Greetings.

I am trying to upgrade my Linux Kernel from 2.4.0 to 2.4.13.  I have built the kernel (I used xconfig to configure it), but when I try to run Lilo to update the 
map, I get the following error.

Any suggestions, or hints as to where to look?
