I guess maybe I'm just to old school. IMHO, there's no substitute for a
listing on continuous feed wide paper for hand checking code. Don't
have to worry about mixing pages, lots of room to write notes. Writing
in 80 column drives me nuts even though that's the way I write for
clients since 90% of them don't use line printers. Comments in 80
column are a pain if you want it to be readable and explain whats going
on. And last but not least getting a hard copy of 10,000-15,000 lines
of code spread out amoung 20-40 source files from a laser or inkjet is
totally impractical.
