Or (my personal favorite), why not pay a high enough wage that folks here 
who have the skills will consider the job?  I've written off any number of 
jobs simply because the wage being offered isn't within my expectations 
for someone doing that job.  I will no longer accept phone center for for 
$7/hr.  [Never mind that I will not accept phone center work at all.  When 
I was looking for phone center jobs, my minimum was about $11/hr plus 
benefits.]
