if you don't see at&t's web page right after you open your browser, than you 
are not connect to at&T yet. even you set to DHCP.


yes, my ip changed, the getway changed.
I have tried to power off the moden and reset the modem several times, the 
new ip stays, no change. (but of course, they can change if they want to do 
so)
