[NTLUG:Discuss] question about encryption

I was fooling around with my loopback device the other day, and noticed I
don't have any kernel modules to support encryption.  I would like to keep
some system files in an at least partially secure place, and thought I
would look at an encrypted loopback file system.

Nosing around, I found numerous pointers to www.kerneli.org for encryption
patches, but kerneli.org doesn't seem to exist any more.

My RedHat (7.1) doesn't seem to include encryption options in 'make
menuconfig', and .config doesn't seem to have anything in it about
encryption support.

Just curious - anybody have a good site to recommend?  (Other than
kerneli.org! :-)
