Yep.  And some nonsense about if during the 5 years for which this lasts,
they should happen to break the rules, the period gets extended out to
7 years (but if they can ignore the rules for the first five years - as
they have with every injunction that's been slapped on them - then
presumably they'll have no compunction in ignoring them for another two
years).

Basically, they've been let off the hook.
