[NTLUG:Discuss] OT:Steady State Network Administration?

I realiaze this is off topic, but can someone give me a quick definition
of "Steady State Network Administration?"  I am applying for a job, and
since I do not understand how much experience I have had with "Steady
State Network Administration," I would at least like to understand
something about what I have no experience in.  Thanks, Dennis in
