I don't know the Netgear ISDN modem particulars but I use both the
Pipeline 75 TA and 3Com IDSN LanModem.  The Pipeline has a built-in
router for a limited number of ports which makes life much simpler.  The
3Com passes all unsolicited inbound traffic to the same internal IP
where you can then setup a router to forward port specific traffic.
