[NTLUG:Discuss] djbdns lookup tools - can't lookup against different server

UG!

OK...With the bind lookup tools one can do a server aa.bb.cc.dd to change
WHICH server is used for the lookups.

How the heck to I get djbdns to use a different server for its lookups!   I
need to check to see if a new dns server is setup correctly and I am banging
my head.

Are there any OTHER dns lookup tools that one can use separate from whatever
DNS server is installed on a system?  What about compiling NSLOOKUP as a
separate utility...hmmm...yeah...
