[NTLUG:Discuss] Samba and XP

I am trying to mount a Windows XP share on my Red Hat 7.2 Laptop. the
following is what I am getting:

[root at Vaio pparks]# mount -t smbfs -o username=pparks,password=******
//192.168.0.1/Backup /home/pparks/Network/Backup/
7946: session request to 192.168.0.1 failed (Called name not present)
7946: session request to 192 failed (Called name not present)


I am not sure what is happening here, could anyone help out? thanks.
