Well, I don't think it matches all of your criterion, but you might visit www.grc.com
and run a test from there.  Unless you have NAT set up, you can do it from most
any machine.  If you do have NAT set up, it will only probe your gateway machine.
I think they sell a product that can do a more intensive analysis.
