When I changed jobs recently, I was tossed onto a computer that was using Exim 
(which I'd never heard of before).  I've found it confusing and lacking in 
documentation (much like sendmail. :-)  So maybe mailers are just that way. :-/

OTOH, the real problem may be because they also put Vmail (virtual mail 
domains) on top of Exim, so I may not be seeing Exim as it really is.  Anyway, 
we're about to upgrade the machine and put sendmail on it.  I at least know 
what I'm dealing with there.
