Interesting article by what looks to me to be someone
biased toward microsoft.

If they tell me that misinterpretable stuff doesn't need
to hammered out now one more time, I'm liable to sream.

After all, differences of opinion on certain points can
be hammered out later in another court battle. Right? All
I'll need is a couple of million dollars a day.
