[NTLUG:Discuss] Linux and WINS Server.

Hi, 
  We have a Windows network in our company.The Domain name resolution over
the LAN is managed by the WINS server which is specific to microsoft.I
generally run Linux in the company over VMware.I want my linux box to
recognise the machines over the LAN by their NETBIOS names.I can connect to
other machines by ipaddress.

what will i have to do to make this thing work?
