I'm shocked no one has mentioned Penguin computing.

I've never used them myself but they seem like they use quality parts and build a clean system. Of course this is all based off their website so don't take this recommendation as the gospel unless it gets a here here or something.

I've used Dells and VA-Linux ones that were good. Unfortunately, VA-Linux
doesn't do hardware anymore (to the best of my knowledge); unless you can find
a used one.
